This position is integral in the development, implementation and stewardship of media buys, ensuring they are executed accurately and efficiently. These channels include but are not limited to national and/or local media including linear television, OTT and CTV, radio, print, and out-of-home. In addition, this individual is responsible for ensuring strong delivery upon campaign objectives for all clients.


  • Negotiates efficient rates, placements and added value for media buys by tactic ensuring planned goals and KPIs are met.
  • Supports team with buy development, management and optimization within buy management software (Strata).
  • Researches media channels and partners to make recommendations for buy placements.
  • Works closely with planning counterpart through all stages of campaign
  • Stewardship of media buys including tracking and delivery of weekly, quarterly and annual GRP, brand, and budget allocations.
  • Creation and delivery of ongoing and post-buy reporting.
  • Assists in development and execution of brand partnerships including integrations, custom content creation, and sponsorships across mediums.
  • Communicates status of assigned accounts to managers on an ongoing basis and elevates issues in a timely manner.
  • Works collaboratively with other agency teams and counterparts across accounts to ensure client needs are met.
  • Helps build out slides and rationale for team when presenting buys, strategies and reports to internal and client teams.
  • Builds relationships and maintains ongoing communications with media owners and sales representatives.
  • Works in close collaboration with finance team members to process media invoicing and resolve any media billing issues.
  • Stays current on all media trends and opportunities in the industry.
  • Other duties/responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.


  • 1+ years of multi-channel buying experience required
  • Experience managing multiple account needs across categories
  • Knowledge and prior use of buying software (Strata preferred)
  • Strong organizational and mathematical skills
  • Proficiency with verbal and digital communication
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver work on-time for set deadlines
  • History of working directly with outside media sales teams
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups, including Creative, Account Management, Finance and Project Management
  • Must be prepared for a fast-paced environment and be comfortable making decisions
