Video Editor / Videographer – Rem Productions INC – Markham, ON

Post-Production

• Strong Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop

• Proficiency in data management; able to keep files organized

• Ability to complete projects quickly and meet deadlines

• Ability to work in a multi-person workflow

• Able to edit scripted content, as well as shape a story from unscripted content

• Proficiency in Photoshop and digital image manipulation, as well as some graphic design

• Ability to create motion graphics or manipulate video in After Effects

• Knowledge of video compression settings and using Media Encoder

• Can work within different aspect ratios for different social media platforms

Production

• Knowledge of recording video and taking photos with a DSLR

• Capable of lighting; both in studio and in the field

• Capable of recording audio in the field

• Team player who is willing to help out when required, even on evenings and weekends

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of working experience

• Degree or Diploma in Film or Video Production

• Strong understanding of Social Media

• Strong storytelling ability

• Data management and organization

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

• Knowledge of French preferred but not required
